• Educational and professional information: medical school, graduation year, degree information, CV or resume, USMLE or other examination status and scores, ECFMG status, specialty interests, and work history
• Application documents: transcripts, diplomas, letters of recommendation, personal statements, and similar materials you choose to upload or send to us
• Identity and travel documents when required for placement or visa invitation letters, such as passport information
• Program preferences: desired specialties, preferred dates, and location preferences
• Communications: messages, emails, and inquiry details you send us

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your application materials for any purpose unrelated to the services you request.

• Host physicians and clinical sites: If your application moves forward, we share relevant parts of your profile (such as your name, education, CV, and program dates) with the physician or clinical site considering hosting you
• Visa documentation: If you request a visa invitation letter, necessary identity details are shared with the issuing host program so the letter can be prepared
• Service providers: We may use trusted third parties for services such as website hosting, email, form processing, and payment processing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. International Applicants and Data Transfers

Most of our applicants are located outside the United States. By submitting your information to us, you understand and agree that your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data transfer regulations, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in accordance with this policy, and we process your information on the legal bases of contract performance (providing the services you request), legitimate interests (operating and improving our services), and consent where required.

• Application and placement records are retained for the duration of your program plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, reference requests, and legal purposes
• Applications that do not result in a placement are retained for a limited period in case you reapply, after which they are deleted or anonymized
• Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law

You may request deletion of your information at any time, as described in the Your Privacy Rights section.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including secure transmission (HTTPS), access limited to those who need it to provide our services, and secure storage of application documents.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Payments for our programs are arranged after your application or booking is confirmed. If we use a third-party payment processor, your card or bank details are collected and processed directly by that processor under its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Our services are intended for medical graduates and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
